# Systems Research Yearbook 1975

The 1975 issue of "Systems Research" focuses on quantitative and stochastic models of scientific activity, linking scientometrics and optimization approaches with the systems analysis of science. A significant emphasis is placed on the structure of scientific communication, models of publication dynamics, and the methodological limitations of formalization. Other sections of the volume develop systems ideas in the psychology of activity and in constructing a theory of complex "populative" objects.
